Adoptable Character Terms of Use:

Payment:

  • only PayPal (USD)

  • payment must be done within 24h of the auction ending

  • the price for commercial use is usually stated in the auction description. If not, please contact me directly

  • you may ONLY resell the character if you have additional artwork of them

  • NO REFUNDS

Other:

  • you are free to gift or trade the character

  • you can use the character however you like for personal purposes

  • you may modify the design as you wish

  • you may credit me as the original designer (not required, but I’d appreciate it!) :)

  • you cannot use the character for commercial purposes (merch, mascot, VTuber model, etc.) unless you have purchased the rights
