  • payment must be done within 24h of the auction ending

  • resale value cannot exceed the original purchase price (unless additional art is included)

  • please credit me as the original designer

  • you are free to gift or trade the character

  • you can use the character however you like for personal purposes

  • you may modify the design as you wish

  • I reserve the right to use the artwork and design for my portfolio and social media promotion

  • commercial use (merchandise, mascots, VTuber model, etc.) is prohibited unless commercial rights have been acquired

  • use of the design for NFT or AI training is strictly prohibited
